Covering conditions frozen semen

The semen may only be used for insemination of the buyer's mare, and the buyer is not allowed to sell, or otherwise handover, the semen to any third party.
The semen should be used ‘as is’. Thus, the buyer and/or its veterinarian may not use laboratory methods, such as ICSI etc., to make the buyer’s mare pregnant.
Stutteri Ask & Blue Hors makes no guarantees or representations in respect of the pregnancy of the buyer’s mare. Blue Hors will not return the purchase price or provide the buyer with another batch of frozen semen, if the buyer’s mare does not get pregnant.
Stutteri Ask & Blue Hors, or any of our agents will provide the buyer with an invoice of the full amount, and the buyer will pay the invoiced amount before Stutteri Ask & Blue Hors will ship the semen.
Frozen semen is only sold per dose.
